paper flowers

who doesn’t love flowers… I love to buy them and now I love to make them. And in a few easy steps and 5 minutes of your day, you can make cute flowers that add beauty to any page or card.

First thing is to use 3 different size punches… you can either use all circles or one large scalloped punch and 2 circles.

For these flowers, I like to use the same patterned paper for all 3 pieces but you can mix patterned and coloured cardstock also. Punch out from the paper one of each of the punches and then ink the edges with the colour of your choice. Using large adhesive dots take the middle size circle and adhere it to the large piece. Then take the smallest piece and adhere it to the medium circle.

Next, use either a piece of bling or a button with some twine and adhere it to the centre of the smallest circle.

These quick, simple flowers make a great addition to any page or card. They are also great to do with kids as all kids love to use our punches!
