Scrap Artist Spotlight: Noel Culbertson
One of my favorite scrap artists is Noel Culbertson. Noel not only makes beautiful scrapbook pages, cards, & mini books, but her photography that she adds to them is just amazing. It has this vintage feel that I just adore. Here’s one of her recent projects for Punky Sprouts, just one of the design teams she’s a member of. She also designs for Glitz Designs.
I just love this layered look & how she chose to leave the chipboard bare and just use a splash of color here and there with washi tape & mist, yet adds texture with wood and lacy bits.
